Why we exist
Every vendor-customer relationship accumulates Jira tickets, statuses, and fixes that quietly encode "what's actually happening." Every family accumulates report cards, certificates, and teacher notes that quietly tell the story of a child's growth. Every engineering team accumulates resolved tickets and commits that quietly encode years of hard-won knowledge. In every case, the record exists. It's just scattered, unread, or trapped behind jargon.
Vivinn builds products that read that record with AI, structure it, and hand back something a person can actually use — a synced customer view for a CSM, a growth timeline for a parent, a cited triage summary for an engineer. The goal is always the same: less time spent hunting for what you already know, more time acting on it.

Privacy is a default, not a setting
Family data stays private to the family. Enterprise logs stay inside the enterprise's own network. We build for data ownership from day one, not as an afterthought.
